COMMISSION TERMS

Please read the following information before booking. By commissioning me, you agree to these terms.

BOOKING & PAYMENTA €50 non-refundable deposit per illustration is required to secure your commission slot and will be deducted from the final price. This deposit requirement does not apply to publishing housesAll prices are in EUR (€) and payments are made via PayPal/Bill.com/Wise or Bank Transfer.Prices shown on this website are starting rates. Your final quote may vary depending on complexity, additional elements and specific project requirements, and will always be confirmed before work begins.PROCESS & REVISIONSReasonable revisions are included during the sketch and color study stages. Please make sure all important character details and references are included in your original brief.Once a stage has been approved, major changes or new information may require an additional fee. Once final rendering has begun, only minor corrections are included.DEADLINESCommission slots indicate the approximate period in which I expect to work on your artwork, not a guaranteed delivery date.If you have a specific publication, preorder or promotional deadline, please let me know before booking. Rush commissions may involve an additional fee.Delays in receiving feedback, references, approvals or payments may also affect the delivery date.CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDSThe €50 booking deposit is non-refundable in case of client cancellation.If you cancel after work has begun, payment will be required for the work already completed. Completed and delivered artwork is non-refundable.If I am unable to complete your commission, any payment corresponding to unfinished work will be refunded.COPYRIGHTI retain copyright and authorship of all commissioned artwork. Purchasing a commission or commercial license does not transfer copyright ownership.The artwork may not be traced, resold, redistributed, substantially modified or used for AI training/generation.Commercial artwork may only be used according to the license purchased. PERSONAL USEPersonal use is included in the base commission price.Personal use includes:Posting on personal social media, profile pictures, phone wallpapers, printing copies for yourself or personal gifts.COMMERCIAL USEA commercial license is required when the artwork is used to promote, market, publish or sell a book, product, brand or service, even if the artwork itself is not being sold.SOCIAL MEDIA PROMOTION · +30

WHEN IS YOUR NEXT AVAILABILITY?
My current availability is always shown at the top of this page. You can also request a later month if you'd like to plan your commission in advance.HOW DO I BOOK A COMMISSION?
Simply fill out the booking form below with some information about your project. I'll review your request and get back to you with availability and a final quote.
Once everything is confirmed, a €50 deposit secures your slot.WHEN SHOULD I SEND MY BRIEF?
You don't need to have your full brief ready when booking! A general idea of the commission is enough to request a slot.
I'll ask for the complete brief and references closer to your commission date.CAN I BOOK MORE THAN ONE ILLUSTRATION?
Yes! (Depending on availability.) Just mention how many illustrations you're interested in when submitting your request, and I'll confirm availability and pricing.CAN I UPGRADE MY LICENSE LATER?
Yes! If you originally commissioned an artwork for personal use or social media and later want to use it for prints, publishing or another commercial purpose, contact me and we can arrange a license upgrade.STILL UNSURE ABOUT SOMETHING? ♡
